Background
Seth Yakatan is a financier and M&A advisor to the cannabis and biotech industries. He has over 30 years of dealmaking experience, and has raised more than $2B and helped 23 companies exit.
He also has a unique personality. He’s brash, outspoken, and unequivocally frank, and is speaking largely to an industry that places a premium on authenticity (cannabis).
